Southern Oregon Chapter has decided that it is in the best interest of all of our Building Officials, Building Inspectors, and Contractors to promote consistency across all Jurisdictions that fall within our Chapter.  One way that we are trying to do so, is by providing forms that we can share across our different Jurisdictions.
